Japan Tragedy.

A 8.9 magnitude earthquake struck 80 miles from Sendai off the east coast of Honshu, Japan, 2 days ago, March 11, 2011 at 2:46 pm local time, triggering a tsunami. Massive damage has been reported along the coast around Sendai, with tsunami waves sweeping away cars, buildings and homes, and the death toll is expected to reach several thousand; over 400 are confirmed dead at present. Pray, pray, pray. This is an unbelievable tragedy., make sure to keep the families in your thoughts and prayers. I hope for the safe return of children, adults, and their animals. God bless you guys. Sending our love <3

Lung Cancer.

Last week we found out that my dad’s dad (72) has lung cancer. Grampa Joe, I hope you get better,.. and stay strong. He only smoked a few cigars in his lifetime, he got it from his job earlier in life. Right now he is going through chemo and so far (thank god) has had no side effects. I have meet him once in life, and that was at a funeral, please don’t make it where the second time I get to meet him will be at his. If anybody reads this, please send out a quick little thought of kind words.

Lung cancer, and smoking in general is a huge risk, so why do people still do it? My dad smokes like a chimney, and this still hasn’t made him stop. What will? When he gets cancer?

Thank you, Simmy.

College Life.

After taking some time off, I decided to finally look into some colleges to start my future. About a month ago I sent out 3 apps to three different colleges in my home state.. even though my top choice would be in Cali. I just got my first acceptance letter this morning! It is a four year public school which I plan on studing acting and//or film. I don’t know if I will go there for all four years or transfer to a college in Cali so I can intern at a place that I can develop a future job with. I am so excited because I was planning on taking even more time off… but this changes everything. I can’t wait to go school supply shopping and meet my roommate! Just wanted to share my happiness, (: -Simmy (PS. I’m finally going to college!)

I HATE Hewlett-Packard with all of my ♥!

I HATE HP with all of my heart!! I have about 9 days left this semester and my wireless assistant stops working... so what do I do? Call HP. First off, I get this lady who can barely speak her own language let alone English. Who puts me on hold FOREVER then comes back and says the only way that she can help me is if I buy more warranty from them.
I know it doesn’t sound like that big of a deal, but that was just this last time...
About 3 years ago when I bought my firt HP laptop there was a major problem with it which made me send it in 4 times, FINALLY they gave me a new one because none of the idiots who worked there could fix it. Then with my new one there were even more problems on it. Right when I turned it on it would be fine, but then two minutes later I would get this blue screen that would shut down everything I was working on... school.
I called HP at least 12 times and they all told me I had a virus.. I had JUST gotten it, so it had already been on there. They said that they couldn’t help with a virus, unless I wanted to pay a "special" guy to get on the phone and help me. It wasn't my fault.
So yeah, needless to say I used some pretty colorful language talking to HP!
So I am stuck with this computer, with a virus on it (not from me) and no warranty because it expired a few days ago, (I don't believe that but whatever).
Personally I think that when HP knows that the warranty over, they send out these little bugs that attack your system.....
Just a thought.
